3. Enrolment and Payment
- Enrolment is confirmed only after successful receipt of payment through our designated payment gateway or other approved payment channel.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- A portion of the fee may be designated by us as a booking amount to reserve your seat, allocate trainer capacity, plan batch operations, enable AI mock interviews, and provision AI applications or related services; such booking amount is non-refundable as stated in our refund policy.
- Access to the Program is personal to the enrolled learner and is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be shared with any third party.
- Payment processing may be handled by third-party, RBI-authorised payment gateways or financial service providers, and we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Batch Changes
All cancellation and refund requests are governed by our published Cancellation and Refund Policy, as updated from time to time. By enrolling in the Program, you agree that refunds, if any, shall be processed strictly in accordance with that policy and not otherwise.
- The booking amount is non-refundable once your seat has been reserved.
- Any eligible cancellation may be subject to deductions, including a cancellation fee, as specified in the applicable refund policy.
- No refund shall be due for change of mind, personal inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or partial/non-use of the Program after the applicable eligibility window has expired.
- We may allow batch transfers, deferments, or rescheduling in genuine cases at our sole discretion, subject to seat availability, operational feasibility, and any applicable administrative or price differences.
5. Access and Use of the Platform
