Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how access to the 16-Week Interview Accelerator Program is delivered by Social Continent Private Limited ("Social Continent", "we", "us", "our").
1. Mode of Delivery
The Program is delivered entirely online through our Learning Management System (LMS) at learn.socialcontinent.in. There is no physical shipment involved at any stage of enrolment or delivery.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
- LMS login credentials and access instructions are sent to your registered email within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation.
- If your Program batch has a scheduled start date, live sessions and drip-fed modules will unlock according to the published batch schedule, which will be shared with you after enrolment.
3. Access Requirements
To access the Program, you will need:
- A working email address and phone number (as submitted at checkout);
- A stable internet connection;
- A compatible device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) with an updated web browser.
4. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your LMS access credentials within 48 hours of successful payment, please:
- Check your spam/promotions folder;
- Confirm the email address you used at checkout;
- Contact us at shubham@socialcontinent.in or call +91 95032 66771 with your payment reference ID, and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Duration of Access
Enrolled learners receive access to the Program and its recorded content for the duration of the 16-week Program, plus any additional access period specified at the time of purchase. Extended or lifetime access, where offered, will be clearly mentioned on the Program's sales page at the time of enrolment.
