This Privacy Policy explains how Social Continent Private Limited ("Social Continent", "Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit socialcontinent.in, enrol in the 16-Week Interview Accelerator Program, or use our learning platform at learn.socialcontinent.in (together, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

a. Information you provide to us

  • Name, email address, phone number, and location, when you sign up, fill a form, or contact us;
  • Billing details (name, billing address) required to process payment;
  • Resume, educational background, work experience, or other career-related details you choose to share as part of the Program;
  • Any messages, feedback, or support queries you send us.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Device information, browser type, IP address, and approximate location;
  • Usage data such as pages visited, time spent, and course progress on the LMS;
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5 below).

c. Information from third parties

  • Payment confirmation and transaction status from our payment gateway partner(s) — we do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials;
  • Information from analytics or marketing tools (e.g. ad platforms), where applicable.

  • Mentors/instructors involved in delivering the Program, limited to information relevant to your learning journey;
  • Legal authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or government request;
  • Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your data on secure servers, using industry-standard technical and organisational measures (such as encryption in transit and access controls) to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental/guardian consent. If you believe a minor has provided us information without consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
